Who is Loghouse?
Loghouse is a garden building company founded in 2007, with over 10,000 buildings installed. We manufacture in our own factory in Europe and sell direct in the UK through our showrooms at Blooms Garden Centre in Rugby and Caulders Garden Centre in Glasgow. We design, manufacture, deliver and install everything ourselves - one company, start to finish.
The single biggest difference: we own our factory
Most UK garden building websites are resellers. They buy cabins from third-party factories, add a margin, and pass your order along. If something goes wrong, you're caught between a seller and a manufacturer who have never met.
Loghouse owns its factory. The same company that mills the timber also delivers it to your garden and builds it. That means:
Quality control at the source - we choose the timber (slow-grown Scandinavian pine) and the specification (45mm walls as standard, where much of the industry sells 28mm).
One point of responsibility - there is no "that's the manufacturer's problem." It is always our problem, and we fix it.
Bespoke is actually possible - because we control production, we can change designs, not just sell what's in a catalogue.
Three construction types under one roof
Loghouse is the only UK company offering all three modern construction methods:
Traditional log cabins - solid 45mm timber, the classic garden building.
Hybrid buildings- solid 45mm timber interior with a zero-maintenance anthracite steel exterior. No repainting, ever.
SIP buildings (Eco Garden Range) - 124mm–174mm structural insulated panels, the most energy-efficient garden rooms we make, now including a white render finish.
Companies that sell one method will always tell you their method is best. We sell all three, so we can recommend the right one for your use, budget and garden — not the only one we happen to stock.
Installed by our own teams - not "kit dropped on your driveway"
Read the small print on many garden building offers and "delivery" means a stack of timber on a pallet. Assembly is your problem, or a third-party contractor's.
Every Loghouse price includes delivery AND installation by our own trained teams. From order to completion - delivered and fully built - takes around 10–12 weeks. You get keys to a finished building, not a flat-pack.
The guarantee, in plain English
Fully insulated Loghouse buildings carry a 10-year structural guarantee. We publish our guarantee terms openly, because a warranty you can't read isn't a warranty - it's a marketing slogan.
Price Match Promise
If you find a like-for-like building specification cheaper elsewhere, we'll match it. Like-for-like matters: compare the finished, installed cost - wall thickness, glazing, insulation, delivery AND installation included - not a shell price that grows every time you click "add."

The 7 Questions to Ask ANY Garden Building Company (Including Us)
We publish this list because informed buyers choose Loghouse. Ask these before you sign anything, with any supplier:
1. "Do you manufacture the building yourselves, or resell it?" If they resell, ask who actually made it and who handles problems after the sale.
2. "What is the wall thickness, exactly?" 28mm is common at the budget end. 45mm is nearly double the timber. Thin walls mean cold rooms and shorter building life.
3. "Is installation included in the price - and who does it?" "Delivery only" means a kit on your driveway. Third-party installers mean split responsibility. Ask who you call if the installation has a problem.
4. "What does the guarantee actually cover, and for how long?" Ask for the written terms. Some headline warranties shrink dramatically in the small print - different cover for different parts of the building, conditions on annual treatment, or exclusions for the things most likely to go wrong.
5. "How much is the deposit, and is it refundable?" Some companies take large non-refundable deposits. Know your position under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 before you pay.
6. "What is the total finished cost - delivered AND installed?" The only comparison that matters. A cheap shell price plus delivery, plus installation, plus "essential" upgrades often costs more than an honest all-in price.
7. "Can I see one built, and meet the people, before I buy?" An online-only seller with no showroom is asking you to spend five figures on photographs. Walk inside the actual building. Knock on the actual walls. Meet the actual team.
